GOOD TO KNOW
Practical details for your next connection.
Check your Windows version and whether you can install software with the required permissions. On a managed work computer, your organisation may restrict third-party VPN software.
POWER.VPN is designed to work through a compatible third-party VPN client with device identification. The verified client, minimum operating-system version and download links for Windows have not been finalised. This page is a preparation guide, not a tested installation tutorial.
A VPN client can behave differently after sleep, a network change or another VPN installation. Those are useful situations to include in a connection test. Once the client and instructions are published, install from the official source, add your subscription using that guide and check the connection before relying on it.
Your Windows device counts towards the registration allowance alongside your other devices. An offline device still counts. Check the device-limit guide before replacing or adding hardware.
